No Cleaning Fees, Just one price. Our prices fluctuate depending on demand in the area, events & public holidays. Mostly we are a 2 night minimum but please feel free to email or call us to ask should this not suit you as sometimes we can accommodate depending on other bookings. Please note that we cannot refund payment fees charged by paypal.
